GNU Xnee – pedantic mode done

Just got rid of all the compiler warnings (gcc pedantic mode) for the GNU Xnee modules:

• libxnee
• cnee

Will not do pnee and gnee in this release.

So the plan to release it any day seems to hold. Let’s wait and see
