Olive oil – 1 dl

Wheat flour – 12 dl

Durum flour – 4 dl

Salt (sea salt) – well, depends on your taste…. 1 tbs?

Rosemary – as much as you like

Phase 1:

Warm the water (until lukewarm) and mix it with honey until the honey is dissolved in the water.

Mix the yeast with lukewarm (honey) water

Add the flour

Knead (5 minutes with a machine)

Phase 2:

Add the olive oil (

Knead a lot (10 minutes with a machine)

Phase 3:

Add the salt and the rosemary

Knead (5-10 minutes with a machine)

Phase 4:

Prepare one or two baking trays by painting it with olive oil.

Gently put the dough on the trays. Spread it out so the dough covers the trays.

Let the dough rise for 90-120 minutes.

Phase 5:

Put a finger gently through the dough at some places (makes the bread look nicer)

Sprinkle some salt (sea salt) over the bread .. perhaps some more rosemary

Put the trays (one at a time) in an oven heated up to 300 degrees (celsius)

Let the bread stay in the oven for 8-12 minutes
